The price is better than most weekly rated motels. The rooms are bigger too. Nice and quiet. Laundry room is on site.

It is somewhere to stay that is affordable in Reno. Most everywhere else is just too expensive for poor folk like me.
Just moved in today. Read all the negative reviews and my experience is quite different. Room is spotless, freshly painted, great mattress, tv, desk, carpet, clean towels, clean fridge. Not a hint of a bug. Large room, good rules to keep it safe and quiet, and can't beat the price.

Been living here about 10 months. It's very quiet at nights. Hardly any problems with the tenants except your occasional goofball and any sign of trouble with the tenant, the tenant will get evicted.. Other than that, the Manager Teresa is a very nice lady
This place has undergone a huge change with the new manager that is there. Yeah it's not kid friendly, but the Manager there honestly cares about how her tenants are doing while presenting the firm hand that comes with dealing with, at times, pushy, angry, and irritating people. We call her Mama, and you don't mess with Mama.
